How to Prepare take home PHO 

all the pertinent pieces

1) Broth

2) Noodles

3) Beef/ Protein

4) Sriracha & Hoisin sauce

5) Garnish 

Step 1- Heat the Broth, the broth will cook the raw Beef , so it has to be boil hot.

Step 2- While the broth is heating. Place the noodles and garnish in the bowl ( the noodles will likely be Cake-like, the boil hot broth will aid in the separation)

Step 3-Now that the broth is heated, carefully pour the broth over the center of the bowl. This should cook the meat while separating the noodle

Step 4-Finishing Touches

Add hoisin sauce, sriracha, bean sprouts, a couple of jalapeno slices, and a wedge of lime juice. A restaurant worthy bowl of PHO in the comfort of your own home!
